Torul Büyükçit Village Meryemana Bridge

It is located on Çit Creek, 10 km from Torul District. It is thought to be the second bridge built for transportation to the Virgin Mary Monastery Church. It has round arches and a single eye. The bridge abutments rest on a bedrock mass. It is approximately 27 m long, 3.50 m wide and 11.40 m high. The pavement of the bridge, which rises in the form of a harpushta, is stepped at intervals of approximately one meter. The arch is made of smooth stone and the other parts are made of rubble stone. There are no railings. The bridge has survived to the present day with its original stone pavement.
