Hasan Fehmi Ataç House

It is located in a large garden under the Orphanage in Hasanbey Neighbourhood.It was built as three storeys as ground floor + 1 floor + attic floor.The house built in the south-north direction has a rectangular plan.Today it has a well-kept garden arrangement.Cut stone was used in the corners of the building and there are wooden beams on the ceiling. The ground floor gizzard is entered through the double-winged door on the south façade.The door knocker on the door, which is a general feature of Gümüşhane houses, is remarkable.The floor of the ground floor of the building is paved with specially prepared cut stones.The 1st floor from the gizzard is reached by a half-turn staircase made of wood.1. . floor is the main living area of the houses. The attic floor is accessed from the 1st floor by a wide quarter spiral staircase. The roof is a gable roof and overhangs 70 cm to the outside.
