Zigana Plateau

Zigana Plateau, which is reached by a 3.5 km. stabilized road after passing the Zigana Tunnel on the 50th km. of Gümüşhane-Trabzon road, is at an altitude of 2032 m. Those who prefer the airway can take the 50 km. asphalt road between Trabzon and Zigana by bus.

Zigana has electricity, drinking water, 800 m. ski lift, ski training facility and radio-telephone communication system, and a hotel, restaurant, country café, meat restaurant, grocery store, butcher and greengrocer are operated.
